Hello, I’m 👋

KameronFrisby

I’ve been building companies since I was a kid in Tyler, Texas — from Christmas lights and koi ponds to a fifteen-year landscaping business, and now a family of software products. School and I never got along; I’m dyslexic, and it turned out seeing patterns other people miss was the whole point. I build real things, and I help other founders do the same.

What I build
and run

A family of products across roofing, construction, education, and rescue — most built solo, from first line of code to live billing. I stay hands-on with each one: pricing, roadmap, and the first hundred customers.

Proof

Real work,
real numbers

Four things I’m proud of — each one true, none of it padded. This is how I actually work.

  1. 01

Built a full SaaS end to end, solo

Production software with live billing, a real data pipeline, and paying beta users — designed, built, and shipped by one person. No team, no agency, no outside engineering.

  2. 02

Property records stitched across 79+ counties

Assessor records, storm history, permits, and ownership stitched into one queryable system that answers a roofer’s real question: which roofs are worth chasing, right now.

  3. 03

Made a rescue tool free forever

Instead of charging shelters, I opened it up — because the adoption-application problem is worth solving whether or not it makes me money. Less about the money, more about giving back.

  4. 04

Fifteen years running a real business

Crews, clients, payroll, and design-build projects — the school you can’t enroll in. Everything I build in software today runs on lessons I learned in the field.

How I work

Four steps, no
surprises

Same process whether it’s my own product or I’m helping you start yours. You always know what’s happening and what comes next.

  1. 01

    Listen

A real conversation about where you are and what’s actually in the way — and an honest read on whether I can help.

  2. 02

    Cut it down

One page: the problem, the smallest version that can sell, and the first paying customer to aim at.

  3. 03

    Build & ship

Something real, fast — before it feels ready. Ready is a trap. Momentum is the point.

  4. 04

    Sell early

Get proof — a real customer — before scaling anything. Then you know what to build next.

My story

The long way
round

I grew up in Tyler, Texas and started my first companies before I finished high school — Christmas lights, koi ponds, landscaping. I’m dyslexic, so the classroom was never where I shined. I chased flying instead, earned my private pilot’s license, and fell in love with sailing. For fifteen years I ran a landscaping business. When AI arrived, the way my brain works finally became an advantage — I could see the patterns — and I started building. These days what I care about most is helping other people build, too.

Building businesses,
backing people

Mission

To help the people who were never “supposed” to build a business do it anyway. I was a dyslexic kid who struggled in school and nobody handed me a playbook — so now I hand founders mine. Start lean, ship real, sell early.

Vision

A family of small, durable products — and a much longer list of founders I helped get on their feet. I’d rather build things that last and lift people up than chase one big exit. Less about the money, more about giving back.

“They don’t hand you theory — this is a team that’s run the crews, made the payroll, and eaten the mistakes. Their guidance cut months off our launch.”
